Very nice place to rent in great central location close to all ammenities.

Having stayed in PS area for over 20 years over Xmas and New Years in various locations we found the location right by El Paseo with all the stores and various places to eat was great as often just walked to most places so did not have to drive all the
time as we did as we have always have rented in gated Golf Course Communites. The interior was very functional for 2 couples as had 2 full baths upstairs with good sized bedrooms with good quality beds. We did however find that the VERY small hot water tank
required showering in shifts in the morning though as ran out of hot water quickly. The bathrooms had newer sinks and counters but suggest the owner should upgrade the tubs fixtures as were quite dated. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed
for meals at home. I would suggest owners get a Gas BBQ however though as the Charcoal one was a bit of a pain to deal with. The main pool was very close to unit and was kept very warm and hot tub by pool was also nice. Was surprised the unit did not have
ensuite laundry but the pay machines by pool were close by so was not a big deal. There was a nice balcony off Master bedroom with a nice view and a nice tiled patio at front entrance but as they both face North did not use them much as is cooler that time
of year. If your loooking for an affordable place to stay in a very convienient location you should enjoy this one!
